We’re a small society. We collect as little about you as we can, and we don’t sell or share it.

What we collect
Your name, contact details and whatever you tell us.
Your name, address and payment details. Payments are handled by our card processor; we never see your full card number.
Your email address and, if you give it, your first name.
Basic, anonymous visit statistics from a cookie-free analytics tool.

How we use it
Only to do what you asked: answer your question, book your visit, send your membership card or the newsletter. We’ll only send you news if you’ve asked for it.

Who can see it
The coordinator and the volunteers who need it for your request. We use our email and form services to store it, and they keep it on our behalf. We don’t sell, rent or swap your details, ever.

How long we keep it
Enquiries: 2 years. Membership and donation records: as long as we need them for our accounts. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
